The subsea control pod is the crtical component of the subsea BOP control system. It is installed on the LMRP platform in deep water and provides the hydraulic output interface for all system functions. The subsea control pod adopts the design of redundant structure, the application of pressure compensation technology is applied to install subsea solenoid valve to improve the reliability of electrical connection.The valve plate is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the internal oil line of the valve plate adopts special processing technology to increase the number of oil lines per unit volume.Composite sealing gasket is adopted between valve plates to improve sealing performance and convenience of maintenance.The electronic cans adopts the double cabin layout, and the stab ,receptacle adopts the single main body structure to effectively reduce the weight of the whole machine.
