The subsea emergency control box is an emergency backup system that is separate from the subsea bop stack master system and can be automatically activated in the event of complete failure of the master system. The system integrates the structural features of  Deadman and Autoshear, and can monitor the status of the main control system and the connection status of the LMRP platform in real time through the special oil circuit and trigger valve. With independent control box, independent hydraulic source and delay action oil circuit, it can effectively improve the emergency handling ability of the subsea bop stack.
